Lyn A. Kopp
November 26, 2020
Lyn, Today is Thanksgiving and I’m thankful you were my sister. You were the strongest, bravest, most courageous, determined person I know. You endured so much, but never gave up. You were like the energizer bunny, you kept going and going and going. Now you have come to your final rest. No more cross-stitch, prayer shawls, hankie baby bonnets, Stollens, cards to everyone for every occasion ( Hallmark is going to miss you), no phone calls, letters with pictures of Joann, Eric and the grandchildren with the date and their ages clearly marked...but my memories and love for you will live on in my heart forever.
Ray, you and Lyn were blessed to have each other. You were a loving husband, her best friend, her protector and her guardian angel here on earth. I pray your love and memories of Lyn will help to ease your pain. Love Jill

Ray I was so sorry to hear of Lynn’s passing. It seems like yesterday we were ushering and seating people at church. I want you to know I value your friendship and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your whole family.

To my big sister. This is so hard to write, when I realize that you are no longer just a phone call away. Yet I've talked to you so much in my mind lately. Remembering all the fun and good time's we've had. I will miss you till we meet again. Love you forever.❤️

We were so saddened to learn of Lyn's passing. "Miss" Lyn played a huge role in our lives when both of our girls were younger; we were privileged to have her care for them both as babies, 10 years apart. She attended their birthday parties and probably changed nearly as many of their diapers as we did! Lyn also brought me great comfort a few years ago when I was ill - I cherish a prayer blanket that she made. I'm happy that our youngest daughter saw Lyn this past week. I will hold dear visions of Lyn rocking my babies as well as her distinctive voice and hearty laugh. My deepest condolences to Ray and the rest of the family. You are in our thoughts, hearts and prayers. Loren, Suzane, Jenna & Ava Winkler

My deepest sympathy goes to the entire Kopp family. She was so talented in her sewing, And around Christmas Time you would catch her always in the kitchen making Christmas goodies for everyone in the family and I’m sure her friends as well. The smell of Christmas baking in her home is one of many things I will miss. Also she was a wonderful grandmother to all her grandchildren, made amazing things for her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.
