I first met Betty Elaine at Pattonville Baptist church. She was one of the best pianists that I have ever heard, and her beautiful voice was a blessing to all who heard her. I am so thankful that I met her and that I could call her "friend".

As children, we would come from Tennessee and they would come from Midland.....all to stay in Granny's and Pamp's house. How in the world did we all fit in there?

We always loved to sing together. It usually was Mary Potter, Betty, and I that would get together and practice songs. Betty had a beautiful voice and her along with Mary were able to get me to sing specials together at church, and her along with me singing a couple of specials. Love her so much. Will miss her so much and our time together.
