Ross E. Terrell Jr.

Ross E. Terrell Jr., passed away August 18, 2019 at Genesis Health Care Center. He is preceded in death by his father, Ross Terrell Sr; mother, Mary L. (Ward) Terrell; grandmothers, Lona Ward, Annis Terrell; grandfathers, Wesley Ward and Ross Webb Terrell Sr.; uncle, Harold Ward.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Barbara; daughter, Michele (Larry) Bennett; grandchildren, Larry C. III, Jordan B. Bennett and Dakota Faith; sisters, Kathy Anderson, Janette and Kelly Terrell; brothers, Kenneth, Arden and Jimmy Terrell.

Ross was a US Army Veteran and was a retired cab driver with over 40 years of service for Yellow Taxi. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time with his grandchildren and watching Westerns and Nascar.

Funeral services will be held, 1:00p.m., Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Jim Plyburn officiating. A visitation of family and friends will be from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, also at the funeral home. Online condolences can be accessed at www.sunsetparkersburg.com
