Azarel Carrizal Walton, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020 in Deer Park, Texas. She was born on September 28, 1965 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Benny and Arcela Carrizal.
To those who had the pleasure of knowing her, she will always be remembered as a caring and nurturing person who enjoyed spending time with her family above all things. She was also known for her infectious smile and her contagious laughter. She brought warmth and joy to those around her, and she could illuminate an entire room with her loving, caring, and albeit slightly quirky personality.
Azarel was a youthful soul, a dreamer who was never short of imagination. She loved to experiment with ideas and bring her concepts to life. Among her many hobbies, she loved arts and crafts, gardening, photography, and film. Azarel was a beacon of light wherever she went and she always went the extra mile when it came to surprises, gift giving and creative affection notes and postcards to share her loves and cares to her people. In a nutshell, she was an old-school romantic, someone who thought of others more than she thought of herself.
Azarel was married on June 1, 1985. She is survived by her husband, Greg Walton, and her only child, Jonathan Walton. Her three siblings, Corina Dudley, Albert Carrizal and Claudio Carrizal. She is also survived by her loving father, Benny Carrizal.
The Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Grand View Funeral Home located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. Her cremation arrangements are also being handled through the Grand View Funeral Home.
