David Allen Wilganowski was born in 1960 to Fred and Cecilia Wilganowski. David’s father died at a young age and his mom married Ed Filar. David was the ring bearer at the wedding. His sweet smiling face covers the walls at our Moms house in their wedding pictures. David was so full of life. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him recognized his jovial personality. He could always find a reason to laugh. He had a very distinctive laugh, one that we will never forget! That’s why we always said he was Moms favorite. Because when he was around she always had a smile and he kept her laughing all the time. He loved making her happy and liked hanging out with his brothers and sisters when he came to Bremond.
David loved his family more than anything in life. Debbie is his soulmate. They were devoted to each other and she took great care of him during his illnesses. David loved his son Ryan and was absolutely crazy about his grandkids. Jakob was a special joy in his life. David was able to be the Granddad he always wanted to be with Jakob. He also loved Kristin and Kimberly and always tried to be there when they needed him.
David is survived by his wife of 29 years, Debbie Wilganowski; son, Ryan Wilganowski and wife Bailey Wilganowski; daughters: Kristen Yates Hobbs and husband Thomas Hobbs, Kimberly Yates Ausmus and husband Andrew Ausmus; grandchildren: Jakob Griffin, Landon’s Ausmus, Bailey Ausmus, Joslin Rodriguez, Joey Rodriguez, Kennedy Ausmus, Noah Ausmus, Cadence Wilganowski and, Parker Wilganowski; brothers: Fred Wilganowski and wife Lynn Wilganowski, Donnie Wilganowski: sisters: Julie Wilson, Lori McIntosh and husband Steve McIntosh, Dori Johnson and husband Kenneth Johnson, Linda Murphy and husband John Murphy; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
