Jean was a very good sister-in-law. She was very lucky to have had a very good husband. Both of them were very sweet and we miss them very much.

Loved spending time with Aunt Jean and Uncle Dub and my cousins on the weekends when I was growing up. I loved going there because they were so loving and kind. They always welcomed me with open arms. Reminiscing when Cathleen and I were younger, know matter how much trouble we got into, she never became angry or raised her voice. I remember one instance when Cathleen and I were playing in uncle Dubs shaving cream in the bathroom (making a huge mess), she made us clean it up but never raised her voice (that is, unless Cathleen suffered the consequences after I went home.) I know Aunt Jean is rejoicing in heaven and was welcomed by all of her/our family with open arms. I am so thankful that she is no longer suffering and I will keep you in my heart forever!

So many good times and memories visiting Aunt Jean and Uncle Dub and getting to play and grow up with our cousins, Charlotte, Cindy, & Cathleen. We took our first trip to Astroworld with Aunt Jean & Uncle Dub & the girls. So many good times to cherish forever. Love you Aunt Jean. Debbie

AUNT JEAN WAS SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO THOSE AROUND HER, SHE HAD SO MUCH RESPECT FOR MANKIND. GROWING UP I LOVED TO VISIT MY COUSIN'S AND LISTEN TO ALL THE WISDOM FROM HER. SHE ALWAYS REMINDED ME OF THE PROVERBS 31 WOMAN. I KNOW SHE IS WITH HER BELOVED HUSBAND (UNCLE DUB) AND HER DEVOTED LOVING DAUGHTERS, WHO ARE GREATLY MISSED. BUT I HAVE THE ASSURANCE OF ONE DAY SEEING HER AND ALL MY FAMILY AGAIN. PRAISE GOD!

It's so hard to say goodbye to someone who helped carve out your childhood. Mrs. Lumm will be greatly missed. I know that she is happy to be with John, Charlotte and Cindy again. Though I won't be at the service, I will be there in spirit. Cathleen, you are left with a difficult task of carrying on, but God will get you through it.
