Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend Margarita (Margie) Bermea, 91, of Deer Park, TX went to be with our Lord on December 18, 2023. Margarita was born to Rafael and Magdalena Esquivel in Pearson,TX on July 2, 1932.
Margarita not only enjoyed life as a homemaker, but she was a passionate crocheter and craft maker. She created the most beautiful quilts, clothes, winter accessories and jewelry. Margarita filled her home with love, laughter and all kinds of music.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, husband Gilberto Bermea, married in 1950. As well as her brother Eduardo Esquivel, and 3 sisters Elida Ybarra, Paz Yracheta, and Esther Esquivel. Margarita will be dearly missed by those who brought the most joy to her heart, her 7 children; Maria Gloria Garcia, Rosa Gonzalez, Maria Guadalupe Carrillo, Linda Hernandez, Johnny Bermea, Richard Bermea, Martha Martinez, 22 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 22 great-great grandchildren and her sister, Janie Gonzales
A celebration of life for Margaret will be held Friday, December 29, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. A visitation will occur Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a rosary December 28, 2023 at 6:30PM, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505. A graveside service will occur Friday, December 29, 2023 from 3:00 PM , 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505.
