Nowell Ozell Echols, 94, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at his home in Pasadena, Texas. Nowell was born in Kildare, Texas to Basil and Myrtle Echols. He was a 72 year resident of Pasadena, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army in the Philippines as Sgt. First Class. He worked at Shell Oil Company, in Deer Park, Texas, in the lab for 38 years. He was preceded in death by his father Basil Echols, his mother, Myrtle Echols, brother Dorman Echols, and sister Eva Jane Echols. He is survived by son, John Stephen Echols, daughter, Linda Miller and grand-daughter, Hollie Miller Garza and husband, Zachary.
