Kathy, Sarah, Bradley I am so sorry for your loss. You know where Robert is and he no longer is having pain. He is with his parents and those gone before him. He loved fishing and fast cars... and his family. Just picture him in the mega garage... the fastest of fast cars... and of course the very best looking ones too. The lake he fishes in now has the very biggest fish and of course they taste the best. He is able to visit his mom and dad again... and other family and friends that have gone before.
Don't cry for him now, rejoice that he has now reached his rewards. You will miss him terribly.. but never forget all that he gave while you had him. He loved y'all dearly.. as y'all loved him. Now he will watch over y'all from heaven. You can still talk to him whenever you want... outloud.. in your mind.. he will always hear you.
Take care of each other.. take care of my dear friend Kathy. This is going to be a hard road to walk... for she will miss him every day... every minute. With love..and time... life will go on. Remember your friends. They are always there.. willing to listen to you, cry with you... whatever you need to do. At this time in your life... take each minute and love and share with each other. Together you will each grow from this and you will always be better because of the time you had with Robert.
He always posted things that showed what a family man he was and that he was so proud of his wife, his daughter, his son and of course his beautiful awesome grandbabies!
I wish I could be there today for Robert's services. To hug each one of you and tell you it will be okay. Just know if you ever need to talk... I am always here.
Love you Kathy Baker.... God gave you the very best!

I had the privilege of working with Robert for many of the last several many years including 100% of his time with LYB and legacy companies. One thing I always appreciated about Robert he was never hesitant in any form or fashion about letting it be known if there was an operating issue, concern, safety or otherwise. Thanks to that the plant was blessed with many helpful things for both personnel and equipment. There is no replacement for that and he will be sorely missed by all of us accordingly.
