To Jo`s family, I extend my deep sympathy. I`ve known Jo for many years at the Senior centers in Brandon & Pearl. She was very special, dealing with her oxygen,
never let it keep her at home. I will always have fond memories of her & considered
her a dear friend.
Sincere sympathy & Christian love,

I am so sorry to hear of Jo Carol's death. I have a great memories of Jo Carol's energy and subtle humor. Years back, at a gathering at her mom's home, Patricia and I were talking about Paula Deen. We shared our appreciation for Paula's Southern cooking, admiring her great recipes. Patricia had baked and brought one of Paula's yummy desserts. Paula had autographed a cookbook for me during a visit to the Lady and Sons. Jo Carol rolled her eyes declaring, "A hunk of butter is just too much." One example of her timing and tone that got big laughs over and over again. My thoughts and prayers are with the family with bigs hugs for Tim, Patricia, Jerry and Cathy. God's peace, Ann

To Jo's family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Jo was a kind and wise lady, and friend to everyone she met. I first met Jo years ago when I worked at Brandon Senior Center, and the past several years I have enjoyed visiting with her at Krystal. She will be missed by many!
