Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Friday, July 20, 2018, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 10:00am, Saturday, July 21, 2018, in the funeral home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Dale was born August 26, 1948, in Magee, Mississippi, a son of the late L.C. and Ola Jean Steinwinder.
Dale worked for more than 30 years as a butcher/meat cutter, a job he truly loved. An avid fisherman, his favorite times were spent on the water. Dale loved his family with all of his heart. He so enjoyed his granddaughters-they were his world.
Dale loved our Lord and was a member of the Baptist faith. He committed his life to Christ on May 23, 2013.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hillard and Lela Craft and Myrtis Eubanks; grandson, Brandon Joseph Chatham; and brother, Dana Michael Steinwinder.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Peggy Jo Thornton Steinwinder; son, Richard “Bo” Steinwinder and wife Faye; daughter, Angela Steinwinder Chatham and husband Joe; granddaughters, Cheyenne Steinwinder, Ellen Steinwinder, Cassie Chatham, and Presley Chatham; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
