Cindy was our neighbor for several years. My husband Robert and I thought she was the kindest person we ever met. My mother had just passed away when we moved in and she hugged me and was so caring to both of us. Phil and Cindy were the best neighbors anyone could have. One day I came home from the doctor and she had left a beautiful spring flower pot on my doorstep. No one does that kind of thing anymore. You see I have chronic pain and she always checked on me and knew when to cheer me up! Another time she planted flowers in my flower box! She was the kindest soul. We are going to miss her greatly. She is a special angel in Heaven..I am sure of that. We will always check on Phil. He is a sweet man.
