He was born Aug. 11, 1946 in Benton, IL to Davis and Ethel (McNeal) Warren. He married Kathleen Janssen on July 14, 1973 in Peoria. She survives along with two daughters: Laura (Jimi Roberts) Warren of Peoria, Mary (Will) Kuester of Peoria, three grandchildren: Ben, Penny, Judah Kuester, two brothers: Max Warren of Cobden, IL, George (Linda) Warren of Cobden, and one sister, Elaine Garland of Wheatland, WY.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Harry was a Vietnam Marine Veteran. Following his time in the Marines he was in the Marine Corps Reserve and the Air Guard Reserves. He worked as an Inspector for Caterpillar, Inc. for 46 years retiring in 2012. He was an active member, Deacon, and Elder of the Memorial Christian Church in Peoria. He was also a member and past Grand Master of the Grandview Masonic Lodge # 1112 A.F. and A.M. of Illinois in Peoria Heights.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Mason Rites will be Thursday at 10:45 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria with Military Honors.
Memorials may be made to the Endowment Fund at the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
