I enjoyed Jack's company at our monthly poker games for several years. He was a great guy and not a bad poker player. He bested me more than once when I was sure I had the winning hand. His wit and story telling made our evenings more enjoyable. I grew up on Albany St. (507) and always liked getting updates on the old neighborhood from Jack. I actually missed him & Jo Ann by 4 years--I moved out in 1959 and they moved there in 1963.
My condolences to all. He will be missed at our games.

I worked with Jack for five years in the Engine Lab at the Tech Center for Caterpillar. Jack always was eager and happy to help with my instrumentation requirements for engine tests. It was always a pleasure working with Jack. He was a man of integrity and honesty. How fortunate the family was to have such a fine example of how to live life.. Please accept my condolence for your loss.

It was such a comfort to me when my Mother lived next door to Jack and JoAnn...just knowing there were 'there' for her. Jack certainly decorated their house and trees during the Christmas season which so many enjoyed. Just wanted you to know that I'm sending my sympathy and love for your loss during this time and always.
