I attended many CIC Institutes that Bob instructed - he was a great teacher with a dry sense of humor. He'll be missed by all Certified Insurance Counselors.

So very sad to hear the news about Bob....what a wonderful man to have gotten to know when I worked at CIC from 1984-2002....I was blessed to get to travel some with him and will keep his family in my prayers.

God Bless

I've thought of Bob over the years and always with a smile. We worked together at PIA in Glenmont, NY and briefly at the CIC office in Austin. He was smart and funny and always respected for his contributions to the PIA team. He will be missed. My sincere sympathy to Pat and his family

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Bob's death. I worked with Bob years ago at PIA in Glenmont, NY, and remember his wonderful sense of humor and the great work he did there. He was one of a kind. My sincerest sympathies to his entire family.

I knew Bob for more than 20 years as a fellow CIC instructor. It always brightened up my day when I knew Bob was the education consultant for the program. Funny, quirky, bright - you were never in any doubt about his thoughts, ideas or character, which was , quite simply, the best. He will be missed and remembered.
