We are so sorry for your loss, and your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this time. I remember visiting Charles and Ruth's house in Austin as a child, and making a map of their neighborhood with my sister by riding around on a old bike we found in their garage. Ruth always took an interest in us children, asking what we were doing and what we were up to with that old bike. Jenny, the boys and I are grateful we were able to celebrate with Ruth and Charles at their anniversary last summer.

I will always remember you and the love you shared so generously. You made my heart smile and made me feel special....always taking an interest in my family while showing your love for your own. I find peace knowing you are with our Lord, but in the meantime feel sympathy for Charles, your family, and the many friends you leave behind. May they be comforted and find peace through their faith in Jesus and their many wonderful memories of your time here on earth with them. I love you and will miss you, more than anyone could imagine.
Sincerely in Him,
Betty Joyce & Family

Love you Grandma, you were a sweet and gentle soul. I remember you always taking us to the pool and watching us during the summer. It was not to long ago that you held my son Joshua and showed him so much love. You would let him ride on your walking stroller and come grab him from us at night so we could sleep. Jessica, Joshua, and Jordan love you very much Grandma. I wish you could of held my baby girl Jordan before you left for heaven. I think about all that you were and all that you did. Trips to Disney World, RV trips, cartoons in the morning, reading Goosebumps books and making my brother and I run as children. You also saved my life when I was choking on pill. Tons of memory's of how great of a grandma you were. You were the absolute best and it is very hard to have lost such an amazing person. The day you left us I could feel your presence as if Jesus was letting you say your goodbyes. Love you Grandma.
P.S. Joshua loves you very much, little guy was extremely sad when I tried to tell him the news. Please help watch him from above.
