Jeffery Paul Casteel, Jr., 27 of Salem, AL passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 in Phenix City, Alabama. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Lakewood Baptist Church with Rev. M.R. Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL.
Jeffery was born July 19, 1990 in Opelika, Alabama; son of Jeffery Paul Casteel, Sr. and Karen Holloway Casteel of Salem, AL. He served in the U.S. Navy and was employed with Continental Carbon.
Survivors include his wife, Jessica Casteel and his son, whom he loved and adored, Jeffery Paul Casteel, III; brother, Brett Casteel and wife Lacey, his niece, Sadie Lynn Casteel and numerous other relatives and friends.
Jeffery had a big heart and loved people, but mostly loved his family and his son. His memory will always be cherished and will be greatly missed.
