Willie Tolbert "Billy" Meeks, Jr., 73 of Phenix City, AL passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Meeks was born October 19, 1944 in Columbus, Georgia; son of the late Willie Tolbert Meeks, Sr. and Ruby Wonder Boutwell Meeks. He spent most of his life in the auto salvage industry.

Survivors include his siblings, Bobbie Gibson (Mike), Jerry Meeks (Sherry), Rickey Meeks (Debbie), Faye Newman (Ray), Annette Pate (Thomas) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
