Mercado Family,
Julie and I attended the funeral service. It was beautiful! We love you all very much. Your impact on our lives is eternal. Thank you for always showing kindness and care for our family through the years. Mrs. Mercado (I still cannot call her Margine!) was a beautiful person, inside and out. There was no question about her love for God and commitment in service to Him.
Her love for her husband, our pastor, was clearly evident to all. Her legacy of a family devoted to God is priceless and is an example of God's grace, mercy, and faithfulness. God is so good! May God continue to bless and use your family as you love and serve Him with abandon. We will continue in prayer for you. God bless.

I came to know the Lord at MGM as a teenager and I remember fondly how lovely and gracious Margine was to us all. She always conducted herself in a quiet and dignified manner. I have been gone for over forty years now and I am still deeply impressed by her strong commitment to and joyful support of her husband and his calling, and commitment to her children and their training, and commitment to Christ and His glory. I will always be thankful for her life and the impact she had on mine. On behalf of my family, I would like to send our sincere condolences to all of you. May our Lord bless and comfort you and your family during this time of grief.
Carlos Salinas (Esther and Michaela).
