Paula Conley

Paula V. (Schwemm) Conley, 85, passed on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She is preceded by her parents,Harold C. and Pauline O. Schwemm; her sisters, Vay, Doris, and Joanne; her brothers, Harold and Dale as well as her late husband, Glenn L. Conley.

A 1954 graduate of West View High School worked at Westinghouse as a Secretary in the Mid 1950's and later as at DVUA Underwriters from the1980's through the mid 1990's. She was always active in her communities working at the voting polls, acting or ushering in theatres, the Pine-Richland PTA, the Richland Public Library, the Richland Youth Foundation, as a volunteer at N.H. Passavant Hospital and later at St. Barnabas in Gibsonia. Her happiest days were being a Cub Scout Den mother as well as a baseball, swimming, wrestling, and golf mother.

She is survived by her sister Norma (Schwemm) Pogel, sisters-in-laws Kay Schwemm and Barbara Somerville; two sons, Timothy (Marci) Conley and Patrick (Donna) Conley; two grandchildren, Kenneth Magee and Catherine (Sam) Todd; her great-grandson, Vann R. Todd, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors -- all of whom she will dearly miss.

Family and friends will be received Friday, June 25, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Saturday, June 26, from10:00 AM until time of Services at 12:00 noon at the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Interring to follow at Mount Royal Cemetery.

One of the nicest, most popular girls in our class and she never changed. We were fortunate to see each other for lunch or dinner in the last 6 to 8 years and she never changed, always the same great and pretty smile and conversation always - will always miss you and remember you on future trips to the Naples area - Love you girl - RIP Paula
