Shirley M. Veneziale, age 84, of Bellevue, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Veneziale; she was the loving mother of Dale R. Jones, Nora Jones Baden, Mark C. Jones, Michael J. Veneziale, Joseph J. Veneziale, Jolene Veneziale, James G. Veneziale and the late William Jones, Donna Jones, Linda Jones and Tristine A. Veneziale. She is also survived by a sister, Eleonore Boynes; a cousin, Dit Sturgeon Pangersis; nineteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, June Magdalene Jones and a brother Thomas Magdalene.
Shirley was a longtime member of the Church of the Assumption in Bellevue. Prior to her retirement, she worked for over 30 years at Bellevue Suburban General Hospital. Friends will be received Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8pm in the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Inc., 1014 California Ave, Avalon, 412-766-5600. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am in the Church of the Assumption, Bellevue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of the Assumption, 45 N.
