Teresa A. (Huber) Schachner, age 95 of Centreville, VA, formerly of the Reserve Twp., passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late John B. Schachner; loving mother of Linda (Richard) Riemer of Centreville, VA, James (Claire) Schachner of Moon Twp., Thomas (Diane) Schachner of Indiana Twp. and the late John K. Schachner. She was the proud grandmother of Michael (Sheila) Riemer, Joe Schachner, Jaclyn (Ken) Salisbury, Chelsea (Kevin) Buchan, T.J., Sarah and Nathan Schachner. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, James, Ben, Julia and Luke Riemer and Sofia Salisbury. In addition to her husband and son, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Frieda Groll and Imelda Scheafer. Teresa was a member of St. Aloysius Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers. Prior to her retirement, she was a long time employee of the Frank & Seder Department Store, where she worked as a shoe buyer; she then finished her career retiring from Jos. Horne Co. where she was a retail associate. Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8pm in the H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Hwy, Ross Twp., 412-364-4444. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30am in the St. Aloysius Church, Mt. Troy. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
