Joan was always cheerful, charming and smiling when we talked with her. We helped her donate a collection of various books to the Garland Public Library on Broadway Blvd in Garland. She loved bluegrass music and had so many many bluegrass friends. May she rest in peace in heaven with Col. John Thompson. Sincere sympathies to her family.
