Michael Robert Marchner,93, passed away on July 20, 2013. He was the son of John Dunning Marchner and Mary Rose Miller Marchner and was born on February 23, 1920 in Webster, NY. Michael worked as a milk tester on dairy farms before being drafted into the US Army. He served in WWII, flying 23 missions over Germany as the pilot of a B-17 bomber. He retired from the USAF to Plant City where he resided for 50 years and built houses. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mary C. McKie Marchner, sister Kathleen M. Aman, sons Rob and Tom Marchner, daughter Peggy Martin (Hugh), and granddaughter Catherine McKie Martin.
