Who passed away on Jan 09, 2020, was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on March 01, 1936.

Perry is survived by his wife, Mary Loretta Hooker of 55 years, his sister Mary Allen, his children Cary Jean VanAntwerp, Charles Perry Hooker III, Stephen Chester Hooker and Lori Lynn Maxwell, he is also survived by his eleven grandchildren: Heather VanAntwerp, Brycen VanAntwerp, Charles Hooker IV, Colton Hooker, Morgan Hooker, Blake Hooker, Giles Maxwell, Regan Maxwell, Grant Hooker, Mitch Hooker and Savannah Hooker.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Perry Hooker, Sr. and Rowena Hooker and his sister Ann Cherney.

Perry graduated from Palm Beach High School and then graduated from the University of Florida where he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega. Perry was active in the Rotary Club, the Forest Hill High School Football Booster Club where he was club president.

Perry made his family his number one hobby. His other hobbies include coaching youth sports, deer hunting and fishing.

Service Information:

His celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 18, 2020 at 10:30 am at St. Peter's United Methodist Church. The church is located at 12200 West Forest Hill Blvd in Wellington Florida, 33414.
