Ross was an amazing Lakeshore Civitan member for over 60 years. Whether it was helping out delivering Easter baskets, selling our Claxton fruit cakes from his office or inviting the families of all our members to his Lancaster home for a summer BBQ to thank them for all their volunteering hours, Ross was always the first one to pitch in with his time. He will certainly be missed by all his Civitan friends and those in the community. We send our deepest condolences to his family.

Ross was a rare individual, with a friendly and helpful approach to everything that he did. He was generous with his time and resources and always ready to help out, particularly when it came to general aviation and airplanes. Ross was one of the founders of the Aeroclub St. Lazare flying Club and was always looking for new Club activities and ways to promote flying. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

Our sincere condolences go out to the family.

Leo Nikkinen, President/Captain
Aeroclub St. Lazare Flying Club/COPA Flight 43

My Dad & I first met Ross through the aviation community back around 1970. He was always one of the good guys and a great neighbour at CYCC.
He is sadly missed by all.
Until we meet again.

I have know Ross for several years, primarily through the Cornwall Flying Club. Besides being a great pilot and aviation enthusiast, he was fun to debate and he had a great sense of humour.
