Arthur M. Ozuna, Jr., of Groves, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Mr. Ozuna was born September 6, 1938 in Galveston, Texas to Arthur and Margaret Ozuna. Art had a career in the automotive paint and body industry for Caraway Motors and Art Ozuna Paint & Body Repairs. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church and had a passion for fishing, cooking, football and family. Art loved music, pets, the beach and making people laugh. He was a perfectionist when it came to his work.

Art was preceded in death by his father, Arthur M. Ozuna Sr.; mother, Margaret Martinez Ozuna Gosset and step-father, Charles Gosset.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Anita Ozuna; children, Christina Medina, Gloria Guidry, Anna Ozuna Boutte (Tod), Margaret Ozuna Turner (Chris), Arthur M. Ozuna III, and Linda Ozuna Brown (Jeffry); sister, Frances Sanchez. Art also leaves behind grandchildren, Joe Medina Jr., Christopher Medina, Anthony Medina Sr., Kristen Earle Stark, Jennifer Boutte, Jamison Earle, Johnna Guidry, Bethany Ozuna, Kody Boutte, Kelli Brown Friedel, Maci Brown, Chloe Brown, Cade Brown, Jordan Ozuna and Ayden Ozuna; great grandchildren, Joe Medina III, Ryan Medina, Anthony Medina Jr., Aaron Medina, Gianna Medina, Scarlet Medina, Pate Brown, Koleson Stark, Freya Friedel, Brianna Lee and Avery Lee; and a host of friends and relatives to cherish his memories.

A Christian Vigil will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, 2018, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, February 24, 2018, at St. James Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
