Leon & Mary were former neighbors of ours. We also attended St. Peter’s together. He was a very fine man.
God be with Mary and family.
May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed Rest In Peace.

Uncle Leon was the identical twin to my dad, LaVon Shelton who passed away a little over a year ago. Leon was very kind to me as his nephew by marriage starting when I was around 10 years old. I always felt loved while in his company and I was blessed to be part of this family. Leon will be dearly missed by me. Anyone that had to pleasure of being in his company was the better for it. My prayers go out to Mary and his children. I know this is will be hard for them as I was in their shoes not too long ago. The Lord has gained another angel to stand at his side in heaven. I love you Uncle Leon, may you always look over your family from heaven and keep them safe.
