Falmouth- June Hall Winslow, 95, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Falmouth by the Sea nursing home. She was born in Houlton ME on June 13, 1922, a daughter of Almon C. and Margaret (Phair) Hall of Houlton. The family subsequently moved to Gray, Maine where she attended Pennell Institute, graduating in 1939. She enlisted in the US Navy in 1944 and was discharged at the rank of Yeoman Second Class in 1946. In 1949 she married Raimond L Winslow of Gray Maine, and they moved to Falmouth where she lived for the remainder of her life. She raised a daughter, Karen Marie Winslow and a son Raimond L Winslow Jr. She was an avid gardener and folk artist. She was devoted to her family, and took great joy in being a significant part of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives. Her memory will be with us always.
A private graveside service will be held at Blanchard Cemetery in Falmouth.
