Marvin Darrell Marks

Marvin Marks passed away April 19, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family in Scappoose. He was born on May 25, 1936 in Portland. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1954. He then attended Oregon Institute of Technology followed by training as a diesel mechanic. Marv married the love of his life, Marcia, on July 20, 1957. Marv enjoyed good times with family and friends, woodworking and singing Country Gospel music. Marv is survived by his wife, Marcia; his son, Ted Marks (Karyn); son, Gary Marks (Laurie); daughter, Janet Caldwell (Randy); and twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Marv is preceded in death by daughter, Connie Marks Rempel.

A celebration of life will be held April 26, 2019, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Memorial Park Funeral Home, 11801 SE Mt. Scott Blvd, Portland.
