Mary Ann and family, I have so many memories of your Dad since growing up on Kathleen Court since I was 5. He was always fun and so kind. He never let us get away with anything. I know how very much you will miss him, but he will be with you forever in your hearts and memories. Please know if I could be there, I would. I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Norris for many years back in the 70 and 80's. I thought he was a wonderful man and thought very highly of him. I have so many great memories of Chief Norris, and the rest of the police department.
May God bless your family and comfort them at this time. Rest in Peace Norris.
