Oh my, how you will be missed dear friend and colleague.

I fondly remember our last conversation after losing touch when I moved to the Island. It was so good to connect again!

With regards to your work, you were always fair to claimants and always very compassionate. You took the high road and we're a great example to others.

Rest in peace!

Your friend, Char.

I was deeply saddened when I learned of the passing of Doug. He was a wonderful man with which I worked for many years in Prince George. He was always cheerful and I can truthfully say I never heard an unkind word from him. He was so proud of his children, Katrina and Alex, and I enjoyed immensely attending their piano recitals every year.

I will miss him dearly although I have been retired since 2012. My sincerest condolences to the family.

So sorry to hear about Doug’s passing. He was such a kind and caring man.

He loved and adored his kids and would light up when taking about them. I remember when they were little he would bring them dressed up at Halloween and they would hand out candy to the staff. Doug was such a proud father.

Deepest condolences to his family.

I am very saddened at Doug's passing. I worked with him at ICBC for many years until I retired in 2013. We worked together on the ICBC Emergency Response Team and that is where Doug shone; helping others.
Doug and I shared the same birthday and that created a common and strong bond between us as well as a few laughs.
My prayers are with you and family at this time.
