Mr. Foster was born December 7, 1942 to Herbert and Coree Toungett Foster and was retired from the Giles County Highway Department. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother J.D. Foster.
Visitation will be Monday July 16, 2012 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday July 17, 2012 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Beech Hill Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife Betty Hobbs Foster of Frankewing, daughters Tina Foster, Lisa Foster and husband Gregg, Leighann Foster, Cindy Putnam, Dana Bass and fiancé Steve McKee all of Pulaski, son Bill Wade Bass of Pulaski, brothers Jimmy Foster and Roger Foster both of Pulaski, sisters Wanda Ussery and Patsi Gordon both of Pulaski, thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
