She lived in Raleigh and married the late Charles R. Thomas. They had one daughter before divorcing in 1978. Never remarrying, Bebe focused on being a wonderful, kind, and loving mother to her daughter Charla and a beloved “Grammie” to her grandchildren Amber Glover and Robert and Grayson Cagle. There was nothing more on this earth she loved than her daughter and grandchildren. She loved the Lord and often read the Bible and shared scriptures with others.
Bebe had several different professions during her life, including hairdresser/cosmetologist, flight attendant for Eastern Airlines, Real Estate Sales and Executive Assistant at Glaxo and ABB. She was forced to stop working when she was diagnosed with MS in 2000.
She was preceded in death by her parents Neil Archibald Blue and Elva Baker Blue of Candor, NC; her beloved brothers Walton Blue of Troy, NC and Ted Blue of Biscoe, NC; and her sweet cousin Kaye O’Neal, whom she cherished.
Bebe is survived by her nieces, Candy Blue Sheryn and Kristie Blue Lynthicum of Troy, NC; nephew, Scott Blue of Carthage, NC; one uncle; many cousins; and many grand nieces and nephews.
Bebe was loved and treasured by her family and we will all miss her so much.
