Richard "Bub" H. Billiter

Richard H. “Bub” Billiter, age 64 of Ravenna, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020, at his home.

He was born April 10, 1956, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents Richard E. and Dorothy Marie (Gusler) Billiter. Richard was affectionately known as “Bub” or “Disco” to his family and friends.

Richard graduated from Crestwood High School in 1975 and was a member of the football team. He worked at BF Goodrich for over 20 years and also worked for Mr. Coffee and Tupperware Co. Bub loved to dance, lift weights, and play horse shoes.

He is survived by his sisters Sylvia (Tim) Warrick and Audrey (Tom) Gaffney, along with many loving nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Betty Lovejoy and Brenda Billiter.

I always looked foreward to seeing and chatting" with Uncle Bub" at Connor's baseball games. He was very encouraging to me concerning my stroke. He said just dont give up trying. It'll get better. I will miss him.
