Betty passed away peacefully in Regina on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at the age of 91. Betty was predeceased by her parents Laura and William Olsen; uncle Charlie and aunt Jessie Turnball; her first spouse Roy Johnson, and spouse Russell Derkach. Betty is survived by Russell's niece Jolene Derkach; great-niece Destiny Derkach; as well as special friends, Katherine Wheeler, Dave and Bev Knopf, Susan Read, Mary Shalley and Elsie Husak along with many other friends made throughout the years. Special thanks to William Booth Special Care Home where Betty resided for the past few years. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, Sk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
