Marvin Fisher

Marvin Fisher 80, of Cumru Township passed away Thursday March 15, 2018 in The Reading Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Linda L (Balsbaugh) Fisher. On April 23rd, they would have shared 58 years of marriage.

Born in Reading on September 17, 1937 a son of the late David Fisher and Mary Bozman.

Marvin was employed by Bortz Chocolate as a shipping foreman for more than 25 years then Lentz Milling as a truck driver for 19 years retiring there. He loved going to the gym with his wife at Flying Hills Fitness Center and loved to spend his summers at Crestwood Swimming Pool. Marvin enjoyed vacationing and trips to the beach with his family.

He is also survived by his brother, Joseph Fisher of Reading and he was like a second father to his nieces and nephews.

Services will be Friday March 23, 2018 at 7pm in Auman's Inc Funeral Home, 390 W Neversink Rd., Reiffton. A viewing will be Friday 5-7pm in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.aumansinc.com
