Thelma or Thelm (as I called her) is my big sister. She was our Matriarch since our Mom passed away in 2008. I don’t know why this happened to her. She was so alive . She had so much to live for. My sister loved her family so much. That’s pretty much all she talked about! She and her husband would have been married for 49 years this December. She took such good care of him, even babied him! Her two daughters looked up to her and depended on her. Her 5 grandchildren adored her! She babysat each and everyone of them. They truly loved their Ma, and she loved them so much. My siblings and I looked up to her, since she was the oldest, and very knowledgeable. We are so devastated and heartbroken. She loved our Heavenly Father so very much! We will miss you, Thelm. We love you so very much with all our hearts. Until we meet again,,,Rest in Peace, sweet, beautiful sister...

Thelma was my dearest childhood friend. Together we traveled as infants from the Philippines arriving at the port of San Francisco the day after Thanksgiving in 1949. We lived next door to one another growing up on a produce farm and endearing our companionship and friendship through the years...Thelma was so special in many ways. To me, her inner beauty was clearly within...her kindness, loving ways, compassion, work ethic, sweet smile and an 'angelic' heart of gold. I will miss my dear friend 'forever and a day'
To Thelma's family, I grieve with you as I feel your loss.
Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences,

I spent so many years working along side Thema at Valley. She was, not only an excellent nurse, but a great person, kind, compassionate and humble. My heart pours out to her family , but knowing her faith, she is again whole without pain. May God's love surround each of you.
