
Age 87, of Eagan, MN and formerly of Cincinnati, OH Born in Deutsch-Beneschau, Czech Republic passed away February 28th, 2016. He earned a degree in Teaching in Austria in 1948, and after meeting the love of his life followed her to the US in 1952 to build a better life for his family. He worked long days in a chemical plant while earning his degree in Chemistry by taking night classes at the University of Cincinnati; he was a long time employee of Hilton Davis Chemical Company and retired from his position of technical director in 1986. He also served as the first principal and founder of the Tri-State German-American School, devoting his time to teaching the next generation German language and history. His priority was his wife and family and he selflessly shared his love of life, cappuccinos, and Austrian culture with all who were lucky enough to know him. Tony's welcoming smile and charm could light up a room and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Margaretha, and was a loving and devoted father of his daughter Linda and son-in-law Fred (Budde), and his granddaughter Anna and grand-son-in-law Michael (Leininger). "Ordnung muss sein". A private ceremony for his family will be held in Cincinnati.
