He was born May 30th, 1937 to Clarence and Mabel Anton in Worthington, Minnesota, the oldest of three sons. He grew up on his family's farm in Worthington and after graduating high school he married and had two daughters. Roger moved his young family to Houston, TX and then to Wausau, WI to pursue his job as a computer technician for Scan-Optics. The family eventually landed in Bloomington, Minnesota where they lived for many years. Roger loved to solve crosswords and play blackjack.
He is survived by his two daughters, Debbie Krahl (Larry) and Lori Fleming (Jeff); two brothers, Doug (Marcia) and Jerome Anton; and five grandchildren.
Memorial Service Saturday, Dec. 1st from 1-3pm at Benson Funeral Home in Worthington, Minnesota.
