I had a mad crush on Jeffrey in the early '80's when we both worked at the VMFA. Though we only spent a short time together, I learned so much about music and myself. Rest in Peace, Dodger. You are missed.

Jeff was my apartment roommate in college back in the 70's, and a good friend. I never saw him after I left Richmond in 1980, but I have remembered all the good times we had together during our short acquaintance. He introduced me to music of The Ramones, Patti Smith, and many others. I remember making a special trip and standing with him in The Crater in Petersburg on New Year's Day of 1980. Farewell and Rest In Peace, dear friend.
