We knew John from our Marina group in Brandermill.  What a wonderful man!  Funny and compationate.    John's birthday in March and my husband's were only 6 days apart, and we went to dinner together one evening several years ago to celebrate both birthdays down at Julep's - back when it was way downtown.  We had such a good time  laughing - what a great couple they made!  Sorry we didn't do it more often.

John never lost his sense of humor.  Back in March prior to a surgery I was getting ready to undergo, I went to their home to see them and also bring a yellow rose arrangement I had made for John.  He said What's with the flowers?  I'm not even dead yet!  That was John  - always upbeat. and smiling,, and he actually looked good.  He made me feel good and wished me success with my surgery.  Bless him.  He will be missed!  And remember he will always be riding somewhere, and be thinking of Joanne!

And you know, with a motorcycle group in Heaven,it's bound to have the name angels in it.
