Thelma J. Baseler

Thelma J. Baseler, 90, of Highland Springs, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl B. Baseler. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Marian L. Major (Lawrence M.); and grandson, Steven Major. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 9, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will take place on Saturday at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
