Biography

Leocadio Vazquez, 79 years of age, passed on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Corona Regional Hospital.

Leocadio was born December 9, 1941 in Palo Solo, Jalisco, Mexico to the late Florencio and María Luisa Vazquez. He was the oldest of nine children.

Leocadio married the love of his life, the late María Ángela Vazquez in 1968 and five children were born. He and his family migrated to California in 1972 and lived a life of hard work and dedication to his family. Leocadio worked as a delivery truck driver for 31 years and retired in 2003.

Leocadio loved to play his guitar, enjoyed trips to the casino with his wife, enjoyed Major League Baseball and was so proud of the Dodgers winning the World Series this year. He was caught up on current events since discovering YouTube. He was a loving and caring person, devoted husband and father as well as a friend to others. He loaned an open ear and offered words of wisdom to those around him. He was a great judge of character and put other’s needs first before his own. He was the anchor to his children and grandchildren.

Leocadio leaves to cherish his loving memory his five children, Juana Parada, Olga Alvarado, Alberto Vazquez, Gloria Vazquez, José Luis Vazquez; 9 Grandchildren, 8 Bothers and Sisters and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
