Nettie Frisbee was born Christmas Day, December 25, 1930, to Fred and Rita Gonzales, she came from a large family and as a child she and her siblings; Edward, Fred, Alex, Jesse, Frances, Carmen and Esther worked in the fields with their parents.
Nettie married Roger Frisbee she became widowed leaving her with 6 young children to raise on her own. Monalisa, Bill, Roger, Earl, Sandra, and Thelma. She raised her children in Santa Ana where she met Mike Rosas and together they had Ernesto Rosas. Nettie moved to Riverside about 30 years ago she raised Renee on her own. She started to manage the Corwin Lane apartments she managed for about 25-30 years into her 70s. Her tenets became her second family she loved what she did leaving wasn't easy.
Nettie moved a few times after she retired living with her son Roger, her grandson Jason, her son Ernesto (Ernie) and in her final days she went back to her Grandson Jason's. Nettie passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 17th 2019.
She is survived by one sister Esther, 5 Children Roger, Earl, Sandra, Thelma, Ernesto and Renee. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Nettie was strong and independent she worked hard and expected nothing less, she loved and opened her home to her children & grandchildren as well as her extended family.
