In the short time I knew Bette Rae it became clearly evident to me what a wonderful lady she was to be around by the stories I heard from her family, who I know to love her very deeply. May you all know that you are in my thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.

On behalf of all those in attendance at the July 30 NBHS luncheon for the classes of 1955 and 1956, we extend condolences on the loss of Bette Rae. She was remembered fondly at the luncheon and will be remembered each year by her schoolmates who have the good fortune to gather and honor those no longer with us. Bette Rae was a wonderful addition to our annual gatherings and will be missed.
