She was one of my favorite aunts. I remember her being so very sweet to me when I was little. I was so glad to see her about 2 years ago and we had great times talking about our families. She had so much talents on making the quilts! I will miss her very much!! To my uncle and cousins, my deepest sympathy with you. Hugs, Darla

Jean was a valued member of Reston Quilters Unlimited. She was a gem. She spread joy everywhere she went. Her smile and kind words lit up any room. She always brought her delicious chocolate chip cookies to our meetings. We loved them and her. She will be missed.

I knew Jean through Reston Quilters Unlimited. She was a truly beautiful lady. Her quilts were lovely and her chocolate chip cookies were delicious. We all looked forward to her bringing cookies anytime food was to be served. She worked tirelessly for the guild. She offered her home as a staging site for one of our auctions and she worked as hard as the rest of us. We have missed Jean since she moved away. She was a valued member of our guild and I will miss her.
