She always had a smile for you no matter if she was hurting. She was strong, loving, giving of herself to her friends and family. We shared many a song, story and laughter when we went on WNAC or in those days women's prayer retreats. What happened on those trips stayed with us. During a time I fought depression, she prayed for me as I sought outside help, because she had been there and understood. Know she is hearing and probably singing in heaven right now

I always wanted to be just like my Aunt Buena and play the piano and sing alto. My first singing solo was when I was 8 years old and she played while I sang “Where Could I Go”. All I can remember is her saying, “Louder, Donna, louder”!

I love you and will miss you. Until we meet again this side of heaven.

Your niecey,
Donna
