Edna Faye Sparks, 84, passed away on November 2, 2023 in Rogers. She was born on Dec. 5, 1938 in Cave Mountain, AR to the late William H. and Mary (Sparks) Edgmon.
Faye was a research lab technician for over 50 years in Rogers Medical Center and Lowell Occupational Center. She was the best with a needle and people often requested her services well into her 70’s.
She enjoyed people and always made you feel comfortable. Faye loved to travel and visited many places over her life.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Sparks; son, Michael Peterson; parents; granddaughter, Kelly Price and grandson, Luke Inslee.
She is survived by her brother, Johnny Edgmon of West Virginia; daughters, Katherine Waggoner (Johnny) of Lavaca, Hazel Inzlee (Phillip) and Ruth Sparks, both of Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A funeral will be on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 2pm in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Little Flock Cemetery.
