Diane, will always be in my heart & thoughts. We helped each other grow to be better people & Eagle members.
There were good times & trips together I will never forget. I'll never forget the laughs we shared & countless projects for the Eagles clubs. I know Diane is in a better place and I still have wonderful memories of a Great Lady who won't be forgotten. I'll miss you deeply, Carol Drake

Diane and I knew each other since 2 years old. We were neighborhood friends and grew up together. We had our adventures like sneaking out of the house just to walk around the neighborhood during the wee night hours. Only problem was...one night, when Diane sneaked over to my bedroom, my Dad was sleeping in my room. My parents caught and grounded me and squealed on us. Diane's parents never said a room, but she found here screens nailed shut after that. On to Jr. & Sr. High School, going to dances. Diane always knew the most popular dances and had all the newest records. Diane was our driver as she was oldest and had a car. We went through the dating phases, marriages, babies, teenage children, our kid's marriages and then the grandchildren. Diane was very ambitious and tried several different ways to work and yet be home with her children. She eventually settled on being a nail technician and ran her own salon for many years. Diane loved her family, children and grandchildren more than anything. I hope that they will carry that with them for the rest of their lives. Diane was a very special person. I don't know how you say goodbye to a lifelong friend. She was the sister I never had. Heaven added another angel. You will always be in my memory and my heart.

My mom was amazing! She was so many things funny, beautiful, respectful, adventurous, loved her kids and grandkids so much. She always put everyone before herself when it came to her family and friends. When we were kids we did not always see eye to eye, but what kid does with their parent during their teen years? As I grew up my mom and I became closer and closer, we did so many things together.

We went to see my brother, Angelo in Chicago together, we went to Toronto with Kathy Shedlock to see Phantom of the Opera, she went with Jeff and I to San Fransicso when I was pregnant with Noah, but by far the best trip we took was going to Disney World in 2001, we flew to Orlando two days after 911 and my mom was so scared to fly, but it ended up being the BEST trip ever!

When Jeff and I bought our house, my mom moved in a couple of years later, 9 houses down. It was amazing to be that close to my mom, have her in my every day life and to watch her grandson grow up. I cannot express enough how much she is going to be missed and how much she taught me and helped mold me into the adult I am today. I love you mom and thank you for exceptional!

Diane was a life long friend. She was the sister I never had. We enjoyed growing up together, and all life's journeys: Dating, marriage, birth of our children, our children's accomplishments - jobs, marriages and grandchildren.
I have loved her and her family deeply and will miss her eternally.
